Ordering Process

  • SHOP ONLINE
    • Go to the Product Page of your desired product and choose the size/ volume and quantity that you wish to order. Click ADD TO CART. 
    • Repeat this step for all the other products you wish to order.
    • When you are finished adding products, click on the CART icon on top of the page.
    • Review your order. If you have any special instructions or requests, please let us know by clicking & filling up the "Add a note to your order" box.
    • Click the CHECKOUT button. 
    • Fill up all required fields in Customer Information. If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, please enter the code on this page as well.
    • Choose your preferred SHIPPING METHOD. Click "Continue to Shipping Method".
    • Choose your preferred PAYMENT METHOD.
    • Click COMPLETE ORDER.
    • A system generated invoice will be sent to you via email.
    • Once our sales team receives the order, an updated invoice with payment & delivery details will be sent again via email.
  • PAY FOR YOUR ORDER via any of the following:
        •   The fastest way to pay from any of your bank accounts or from your online wallet is through GCash. You will need to download the GCash app to your IOS or Android phone, and this works even if your network is not Globe. 
        •  Online Transfer or Bank Deposit via BPI --- please send a copy of transaction slip via iMessage or Viber to 0917-5759668 and include your Order Number in the message. 
        •  Bank Deposit via PNB --- please send a copy of transaction slip via iMessage or Viber to 0917-5759668 and include your Order Number in the message.
        • Online Credit Card Payment via Paypal --- We will be sending you a Paypal invoice with clickable links for payment via email.

      Once payment has been confirmed, we will prepare your order and book it for pickup by shippers.

        • Please viber or email us proof of payment by 11am for your order to be included in the same day's ship out. 
      • DELIVERY OPTIONS
        • LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS - Same day delivery for Metro Manila orders. Rate will depend on distance from our office to your delivery address. 
        • CLICK N SHIP - For Metro Manila orders, transit time is 2 working days. Orders can also be shipped to Visayas & Mindanao with transit time of 4 to 5 working days.
        • PAMBATO or JADE CARGO - for bulk orders of customers from Visayas & Mindanao. Transit time is 7 to 10 working days.
        • BUS - For Northern Luzon customers, we can load your order onto buses that accept cargo drop like Victory Liner.
        • TRACKING
          • The tracking number will be emailed once order has been picked up by shippers. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be registered into their system.
