Main Constituents:  Methyl Salicylate: 99%

Wintergreen Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of this plant that grows in China. The oil's color varies depending on the season it was expressed, being pinking during rainy season and more on the reddish side during winter.  Its aroma is sweet and minty similar with a hint of spice. It is commonly used as a main component in muscle pain relievers. 

Cautions: This oil should be diluted with a carrier or base before use. It should be avoided by pregnant women and may cause irritation to individuals with sensitive skin. A skin patch test is recommended prior to use. If oil gets in contact with eyes, wash off thoroughly and seek medical attention. This oil is therapeutic grade and NOT EDIBLE. Keep away from reach of children. 

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in dark glass bottles, away from sunlight.
