LALAMOVE Same Day Delivery Terms

In an effort to serve you better, we are now offering same day delivery via Lalamove. Please take note of the following terms in order to qualify for this service: 

• This service is open to customers in areas serviced by Lalamove, which is majority of Metro Manila. 
• Proof of payment must be sent in by 12 noon --- via email at islas.staff@gmail.com or Viber/iMessage at 0917-5759668.
• This service can be availed only on our operational days which is Tuesday to Saturday, with the exception of declared citywide & national holidays.
• Orders will be dispatched between 3pm to 5pm.
• Lalamove fees will be determined by the rate calculated by the app, which is based on the distance from our White Plains office to the delivery address.
