If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will honor product returns given the following conditions:
- Products are unused and have not been mixed with other raw materials.
- Products have not been altered in any way.
- Products have been properly stored and maintains the quality it was in when received by customer.
- Please inform us via email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to do a return. After this time, all sales are treated as final.
- Customer shoulders the cost of sending back the products to our store.
- Products are subject to inspection before a return is honored.
- Store credits will be given to customer, to use for purchasing other items in exchange for the returned item/s.
This policy does not apply to customized product orders and giveaways.
