Return Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will honor product returns given the following conditions:

1. Products are unused and have not been mixed with other raw materials.
2. Products have not been altered in any way.
3. Products have been properly stored and maintains the quality it was in when received by customer. 
4. Please inform us via email at islasvco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to do a return. After this time, all sales are treated as final. 
5. Customer shoulders the cost of sending back the products to our store. 
6. Products are subject to inspection before a return is honored.
7. Store credits will be given to customer, to use for purchasing other items in exchange for the returned item/s.  

 This policy does not apply to customized product orders and giveaways.
